John and Hillary, a touch of class…
Hello, we are John and Hillary from Las Vegas, Nevada. We have been married for three years. We have a pretty tight schedule when we are home, between John's law firm and my jewelry store. We hardly have any time for fun. So, Aruba became the place where we can get away from it all when we feel like it. We spend most of the day on the beach, however our nights are full of excitement between casinos and nightclubs. We certainly enjoy Aruba's flamboyant nightlife.

Below you can find our personal favorites. When you visit Aruba, you should definitely keep these recommendations in mind:

GASPARITO RESTAURANT

Gasparito #3
Opening Hours: 5pm - 11pm
Closed on Sunday
Phone: 297-5867044 / 297-5867144

Gasparito... The name of the area where we are located and the name of our Restaurant-Art Gallery.
In the past, areas and properties were named after the families who owned the land. Our ancestors were Arawak Indians and Europeans, therefore the areas on the Island have distinct Indian and European names. Gasparito was owned by the Ridderstap family and the head of the  family was Gaspar(ito) Ridderstap. Hence the name Gasparito; a name with a distinct European flavor. At the entrance of Gasparito you can see the well that provided this area of Noord with water in the past. This well was dug by hand; quite remarkable if you know that the land here is extremely rocky and difficult to penetrate.
